Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers while assisting with administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Assisting customers in resolving issues and escalating complex concerns to the appropriate departments
  • Processing customer orders, payments, and returns efficiently
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the database
  • Supporting the team with administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
