Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and booking travel plans, developing strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after their vacation. Key Responsibilities
* Research and Planning: Research destinations, weather, customs, and special activities to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
- Booking and Coordination: Book travel plans, including hotels, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, and activities, ensuring that clients receive the best possible deals.
- Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional customer service.
- Education and Training: Participate in daily trainings and workshops to stay up-to-date on new products, destinations, and industry developments.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Essential Qualifications
* Age: Must be at least 18 years old
- Technology: Must have a smartphone, tablet, and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access
- Learning and Coaching: Must be willing to learn and be coachable, with a passion for helping others
- Social Media: Open to and comfortable with various Social Media platforms
- Communication: Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, with a sales or customer service background a plus
- Organization: Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Independence: Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
* Travel Industry Experience: Previous experience in the travel industry, including sales, customer service, or travel coordination
- Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including English
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding of different cultures and customs, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs
