Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat support, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate information on insurance plans and benefits.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources, collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security.
  • Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits, ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of their coverage.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, providing exceptional customer service through live chat support.
