Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos
  • Providing exceptional support and guidance to users navigating the Vetcove platform
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Staying up-to-date with platform updates and new features to ensure seamless support and guidance
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a fast-paced environment

  • 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or a related field)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in chat support or a related customer-facing role (strongly preferred)
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a focus on delivering empathetic and personalized support
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a tech or start-up environment (not required but a plus)

  • Knowledge of intercom or other chat platforms (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with veterinary industry or related field (a plus)
  • Experience with platform demos and training (a plus)
