Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with our sales and account management teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and solutions
  • Collaborating with our technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and to provide expert advice on big data and charging issues
  • Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues, and providing proactive solutions to prevent problems from arising
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' needs and pain points, and using this knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, and using this information to inform our sales and marketing efforts

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or computer science

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a cloud-based or SaaS environment

  • Knowledge of big data and charging issues, and the ability to provide expert advice on these topics
  • Experience working with Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3, or other cloud-based services
  • Certification in a relevant field, such as AWS or cloud computing
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
