Key Responsibilities
As an Account Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
Commercial Enterprise Growth
+ Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions + Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions + Develop and manage complex goals and objectives, balancing short-term and long-term priorities + Identify new opportunities with a large number of manufacturers and execute mission plans
Relationship Building
+ Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders + Develop and execute vendor delight survey effects to investigate trends and improve relationships + Set up improvement plans and control expectations with account managers
Process Excellence
+ Analyze patron feedback, market growth trends, and key metrics to contribute to strategic development of functions and programs + Identify areas of unnecessary process or inefficiency and work to simplify and improve processes + Develop and implement upgrades that benefit a large set of customers, such as riding efficiencies through equipment and procedures
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of client or seller-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze facts and exceptional practices to evaluate performance drivers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience aggregating and studying internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and discover insights
- Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication
