Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for selecting, packing, and shipping orders, ensuring that they are accurately processed and delivered to customers in a timely manner. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot problems, ensure product quality, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and put away inventory in a timely and accurate manner
- Get customer orders ready and pack them up with precision and care
- Load boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring that orders are delivered on time
- Use scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- View prompts on screens and follow directions for tasks, ensuring seamless execution
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure product meets quality requirements, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
Additional Requirements
* Lift up to 49 pounds, ensuring safe and efficient movement of products
- Push utility carts up to 60 pounds, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts, adapting to changing work demands
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, ensuring efficient and safe movement
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable), adapting to changing work demands
- Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable), ensuring safe and efficient work practices
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

- Surroundings: You'll be working around moving machines, including order pickers, stand-up forklifts, turret trucks, and mobile carts.
- Activity: Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairs.
- Temperature: Even with climate controls, temperatures can vary between 60 F and 90 F in some parts of the warehouse; on hot days, temperatures can be over 90 F in the truck yard or inside trailers.
- Noise level: It can get noisy at times, but we provide hearing protection if you need it.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and push utility carts up to 60 pounds
