Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data entry tasks, responding to client inquiries, and providing administrative support to our team members. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process data entry tasks, including but not limited to: + Entering data into our database management system + Verifying data for accuracy and completeness + Resolving data discrepancies and errors

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and professional support
  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including but not limited to:

+ Managing and maintaining electronic and physical files + Coordinating travel arrangements and schedules + Preparing and sending reports and documents

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including but not limited to:

+ Client information and contact details + Project status and progress + Task completion and deadlines

  • Collaborate with our team members to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in basic PC skills, including but not limited to:

+ Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) + Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) + Database management systems (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho)

  • Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Reliable and stable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools and software (e.g. Asana, Trello, Basecamp)
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin)
