About the Internship:

As a selected intern, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with customer inquiries and providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Supporting the team in enhancing the overall customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
• Communicating effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to resolve their queries and concerns
• Collaborating with team members to address customer issues and concerns, and to develop effective strategies for resolving complex problems
• Gaining insights into customer service operations and best practices, and applying this knowledge to improve arenaflex's customer support services
• Developing essential skills in communication, problem-solving, and client relations, which will be valuable in your future career

Who Can Apply:

We're looking for candidates who:

• Are available to work from home and can commit to a part-time internship for a duration of 3 months
• Can start the internship between 4th December 2024 and 8th January 2025
• Have relevant skills and interests in customer support, communication, and problem-solving

Stipend and Perks:

As an intern at arenaflex, you'll receive a stipend of INR 10,000-15,000 per month, depending on your skills and experience. You'll also receive:

• Wellness products that cater to the functional needs of women, including products for menstrual health, fertility, and reproductive health
