Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to millions of plan members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and facilitating treatment solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to plan members via phone calls, resolving issues and answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions

  • Facilitate treatment solutions by providing necessary information and resources to plan members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to plan members
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, able to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
