About the Role

As a part-time customer support representative, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote support environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
