Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions and update member accounts with precision and attention to detail, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries or escalated issues, working together to find solutions and resolve problems
  • Utilize computer systems and software applications to navigate and resolve member inquiries, staying up-to-date on the latest technology and tools

Essential Qualifications:
