As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. To be eligible, you must live within 100 miles of Austin, TX, and have a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 3 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload.

Training and Development

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. You'll participate in a 5-week training class, which will cover topics such as:

  • Customer service principles and best practices
  • Product knowledge and features
  • Communication and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming contacts from customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care needs
  • Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
  • Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution and open communication with Marriott properties, related company contacts, and third parties

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Relevant certifications or licenses
