As an Entry Level Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through fast, friendly, and personalized service. Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Success Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing fast, friendly, and personalized service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Conducting customer needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Recommending and closing sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Accurately completing, sending, and filing product and service order forms in accordance with our privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to set attainable customer outreach and acquisition targets.
  • Evaluating our current onboarding and training procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Enforcing our values and exemplifying them through every interaction with customers, fellow team members, and clients.

Training and Development

  • The products and services available
  • Albuquerque market demographics
  • Consultative sales techniques
  • Account activation, delivery methods, and installation details
  • Proper compliance procedures and handling of confidential customer information
  • And more!

Our training program doesn't stop there. We actively participate in virtual networking sessions, attend conferences from industry-leading executives, and engage in daily practice scenarios to ensure that you're equipped with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.

Requirements

To be successful as an Entry Level Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll need to possess:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing position.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A sense of humor and a willingness to laugh and have fun.
  • A results-focused approach, with a commitment to achieving goals in a way that aligns with our values and integrity.
