Job Summary

As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing lead information to drive revenue for our dealer clients. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer or laptop, and will be required to attend a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns. - Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing. - Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our dealer clients. - Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review. - Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review. - Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by our dealer clients. - Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner. - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary. - Basic internet and window-based computer skills are a must, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Strong ability to multitask is preferred, with gaming experience being a plus. - Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.

Requirements

- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. - Must live within the state listed in the posting (Corpus Christi, TX). - Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions is a must, as this is a remote position. - Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT. - Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
