Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a professional and courteous manner

• Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and resolve customer issues
• Meet or exceed sales targets and reduce churn by managing and overcoming objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to provide support and guidance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills

What We Offer

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

• An 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities
• A driven and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and meeting goals
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in customer service and sales
• High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements to Work from Home

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
• Excellent Internet connectivity:

+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates

• A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you'll be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
