Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
  • Assessing customers' needs and providing accurate, timely, and helpful solutions to resolve their issues
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers as needed
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide additional support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to manage a high-volume workload
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused mindset to deliver positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • Basic math skills to handle customer transactions and resolve financial issues

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
