As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
  • Reviewing and understanding the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure your safety and the safety of others
  • Wearing a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to enhance our store's security and customer experience
  • Greeting customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect, and establishing and maintaining a position at the front of the store or in a department
  • Responding to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio
  • Observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management
  • Performing a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management to ensure a secure and safe environment
  • Adhering to all arenaflex policies and procedures, including documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management
  • Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management team

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the safety and security of our stores. If you have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound decision-making skills and the ability to take initiative and perform well independently
  • Prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • 0-2 years of retail or security experience (a plus, but not required)

Compensation

This role has a starting pay range of $15.00 to $18.25 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
