  • Preparing Client Documents and Travel Tips: Creating and distributing client documents and travel tips, you will ensure that our customers are well-prepared for their trip and have all the information they need to make the most of their travel experience.
  • Updating Daily Activity, Reporting, and Status: Accurately updating our cloud-based CRM system, you will ensure that our team has real-time visibility into customer interactions and can respond promptly to their needs.
  • Managing Client Profiles and Bookings: Effectively managing client profiles and bookings, you will ensure that our customers' travel arrangements are accurately reflected in our systems and that their preferences are met.
  • Serving as Backup Travel Support: Providing backup support to our customers in case of emergencies, you will ensure that our customers feel supported and informed throughout their travel experience.
