Job Summary

We're seeking 20 experienced Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare members and providers through inbound calls, data entry, and other related tasks. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service and extending courtesy and professionalism at all times

  • Input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
  • Handle 75+ calls per day, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services, ensuring accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with a preference for healthcare call center experience

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • High-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace, with a reliable computer and necessary software
  • Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with healthcare industry products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages

Compensation and Perks
