Job Summary

As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You will also be required to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services. Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about our products and services via online chat, ensuring that customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers have a smooth and hassle-free experience
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to generate revenue and grow their business
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the automotive industry

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Previous experience in gaming is helpful, but not necessary

Requirements

* Able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required
  • Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
