As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing solutions to customers, promoting products and services, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and promoting arenaflex products and services to new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers in Spanish and English, addressing billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions
- Promote arenaflex products and services to new and existing customers, ensuring they get the most value and enjoyment from their arenaflex experience
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing solutions and escalating issues when necessary
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
- Ability to be on camera during all video meetings
- Superb attendance and open availability to work between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, as well as weekends and holidays
- Flexibility with schedule changes every 12-15 weeks
- Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best In Class Customer Experience by speaking to customers over the phone
- Ability to reside in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee to be eligible for hire
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and technical troubleshooting tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer bases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Work Environment
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, providing a flexible and comfortable work environment. arenaflex will provide all initial equipment required to perform the role, including a DISH-provided PC Tower and power adapter, and (2) two Monitors, with associated cabling. You'll also be responsible for providing your own home internet, with a minimum 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed, and no bandwidth or data caps.
Compensation and Benefits
* Starting pay varies by home location, with a minimum of $15.00 per hour, plus a $0.50 language differential
