Job Summary

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service that exceeds our customers' expectations. This is a remote opportunity that requires you to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Focusing on customer retention and ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures.
  • Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM system.
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Some sales and customer service experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus.
  • The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations.
