Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in processing and analyzing daily incoming submissions from our external customers. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately and efficiently inputting business and owner information into our internal systems, pulling commercial and consumer credit reports, and providing high-quality customer service to internal and external clients. Responsibilities and Duties:

* Ensure all required documents are submitted in a timely and accurate manner

  • Create entries in our internal systems, accurately inputting business and owner information
  • Pull and review commercial and consumer credit reports to support business decisions
  • Process 60+ submissions per day, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Communicate effectively throughout the analysis review, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders
  • Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Occasionally perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges

Skills and Competencies:

* Highly detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with numbers, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Resourceful and willing to take on other assignments as needed to support the team, demonstrating a commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Proficient in data entry software and systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of previous financial services underwriting or processing experience is preferred, but not required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, accounting) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

* Experience with credit reporting and analysis

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
