Job Summary

As a Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in processing and analyzing daily incoming submissions from our external customers. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting all information provided on the documents into our internal servers, and pulling various reports related to the submissions. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Data Entry Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all required documents are submitted and processed accurately and efficiently
• Creating entries in our internal systems, accurately inputting business and owner information
• Pulling and reviewing commercial and consumer credit reports
• Processing 60+ submissions a day, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Communicating effectively throughout the analysis review, providing high-quality customer service to internal and external clients
• Occasionally performing other duties as assigned by management

Skills and Competencies

• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with numbers
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with 1-3 years of previous financial services underwriting or processing experience. If you have experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of data, and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

• Competitive hourly rate of $16-$18/hour, based on experience
