Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent employment. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support, answering calls, and responding to queries. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a respectful and patient manner
- Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with empathy and understanding
- Accurately documenting call content in real-time, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support to customers
Schedule
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:
- Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Rotating holidays as needed
Compensation and Benefits

Essential Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Certification in customer service or a related field
