Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel at arenaflex are responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This full-time, remote position is located in Puerto Rico and offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborating with the QC team to ensure accuracy and quality of documentation
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Schedule
