Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate their healthcare plans. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions to improve their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions

Essential Qualifications
