Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Key Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, healthcare)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work a second or third shift schedule (candidates should focus on either a second shift or third shift plan)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of clinical terminology and healthcare policies
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
