The Role of an Area Manager at arenaflex

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading our hourly workforce and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: You'll be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: You'll work closely with our support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives and ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.
• Collaborate with all support teams: You'll work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: You'll be required to perform physical tasks as part of your job duties.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts: You'll be required to stand and walk for extended periods during your shifts.
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud: You'll work in an environment with varying noise levels.
• Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather: You'll work in an environment with variable temperatures and weather conditions.
• Continuously climb and descend stairs: You'll be required to climb and descend stairs as part of your job duties (applies to sites with stairs).

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.

• 1+ year of experience in a leadership or management role: You'll need at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role to apply for this position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to succeed in this role.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: You'll need to be able to perform physical tasks as part of your job duties.

Compensation and Benefits

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be eligible for a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated salary for this role is $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
