Job Summary:
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work overnight shifts in our inbound call center, providing top-notch support to patients and families navigating the complexities of prescription medications. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume calls, resolving patient inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of essential medications. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle high-volume calls from patients and families, responding to inquiries about prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
- Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, resolving their questions and concerns on the first call
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of patient issues
- Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and access patient information
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

Training Schedule:
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role. Training will take place Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST.
Schedule Availability:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am EST. You'll be assigned an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, within this time frame.
Compensation and Benefits:
