Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing customer cases to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Conducting research and analysis to develop recommended strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Interpreting customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a clear understanding of the customer's journey
  • Translating findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership
  • Providing insights and process or improvement strategies to the leadership team
  • Working closely with the ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies based on your recommendations
  • Analyzing data for trends and patterns to develop actionable recommendations and reporting for key stakeholders
  • Reviewing customer cases to identify root causes of issues and making recommendations for improvements

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • High School or GED
  • 1-2 years of contact center experience
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics and performance reporting

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Demonstrated experience in data validation
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis
  • Experience in analytics implementation
  • Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
  • Proven skill level in PowerPoint

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary range: $49,700.00 - $82,800.00 annually
  • Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
