Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging virtual training sessions for new hires and current team members Train employees on dental office systems, scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and patient communication Develop and update training materials, guides, presentations, and resources Evaluate trainee progress and provide coaching for continuous improvement Support managers and team leaders with performance development initiatives Identify training gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and service quality Ensure team members understand company policies, procedures, and best practices Collaborate with leadership to align training goals with business needs Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and progress reports What We’re Looking For REQUIRED: Previous dental industry experience (Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager, Front Office, or similar role) Prior training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of dental office workflows and insurance processes Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable leading virtual meetings and training sessions Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude Tech-savvy with knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools Motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow within the company At Children’s Dental FunZone, you’re not just joining a team—you’re becoming part of a mission to transform pediatric dental care through compassion, teamwork, and excellence.
