Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our NetSuite ERP system to support the company’s growth and operational needs. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to manage and improve system performance, user adoption, and cross-departmental processes. This position is critical to driving efficiency and scalability in our operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: System Administration: Oversee the daily operations, configuration, maintenance, and updates of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Customization & Optimization: Creating and maintaining custom records, fields, lists, forms, and workflows to meet the needs of the business. Integration Support: Understanding of third-party integrations with NetSuite to be able to assist with integration issues. User Support & Training: Provide technical support, resolve issues, and conduct user training sessions to enhance adoption and effective use of NetSuite. Data Management: Ensure data integrity, develop standard operating procedures for data entry, and perform routine audits to maintain clean and accurate records. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes, recommending and implementing system enhancements. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements, developing custom reports and saved searches as needed. Requirements & Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role. Proven experience managing NetSuite modules such as Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliations, OneWorld, Multi-book Accounting, and Advanced Revenue Management. Proficiency in NetSuite imports and exports for data uploads and data updates via CSV as part of data management. Technical Skills: Being able to diagnose and resolve system issues, analyze error messages, and optimize system performance. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms. Ability to design and optimize workflows, saved searches, and dashboards. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across all organizational levels. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: NetSuite Administrator Certification Knowledge of Salesforce Billing and it’s integration with NetSuite Understanding of Avalara for sales tax integrations Use of a middleware (i.e. Boomi, Celigo, Workato, etc.) integrated with NetSuite We are an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
