Luxe Market Manager (Florida & Texas)
About the Role
Maleda Tech is seeking two experienced Luxe Market Managers on behalf of a leading luxury travel platform — one focused on Florida, the Southeast, and the Caribbean, and one covering Texas and the broader Midwest/South. These are high-impact, outbound-first roles where you will own supply growth from prospecting through onboarding, while managing a portfolio of premium property hosts. This is a contractor engagement with a competitive pay rate and demonstrated potential for conversion to full-time based on performance and business conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Acquisition & Pipeline Development Lead outbound prospecting to identify and qualify high-quality luxury property listings in your assigned territory Own the full acquisition funnel — from initial outreach to qualified handoff to the onboarding team Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools; document activity and progress with rigor Develop and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to luxury homeowners, property managers, and real estate professionals Market Development & Launches Lead end-to-end launches in new markets, including lead generation, host recruitment, and post-launch performance monitoring Build nuanced local knowledge: neighborhoods, pricing trends, architectural styles, seasonality, and competitive dynamics Create market-specific pitches that resonate with luxury audiences in your region Host Account Management & Optimization Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of luxury property hosts Conduct regular business reviews and optimization calls; deliver data-driven recommendations to improve performance Support onboarding of new listings and educate hosts on platform best practices and updates Design strategies to manage and grow long-tail host relationships across your territory Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the bridge between hosts and internal teams (guest services, content & quality, product, policy) for escalations and strategic initiatives Gather and cascade host feedback to relevant internal stakeholders Stay ahead of platform changes and proactively communicate impact to host partner
Qualifications
Required 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or strategic partnerships Proven track record of outbound pipeline generation — not just managing an inherited book of business End-to-end sales cycle ownership with demonstrated ability to hit or exceed acquisition targets Proficiency with CRM tools and strong pipeline hygiene discipline Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling, polished outreach Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and markets simultaneously Located in or near Florida (for the FL role) or Texas (for the TX role); ability to travel up to 50% Preferred / Strong Differentiators Background in luxury travel, OTA platforms, luxury real estate, or high-end hospitality Experience launching or developing new sales territories or markets Spanish language proficiency (nice-to-have, not required) Executive presence and experience building relationships with senior decision-maker Key Details Positions: 2 openings — Florida/Southeast/Caribbean and Texas/Midwest/South Engagement Type: Contract — conversion to full-time possible based on performance Start Date: ASAP Location: Remote-friendly; candidates near FL or TX hubs strongly preferred Travel: Up to 50% within assigned territory and for team offsites Work Schedule: Full-time (40 Hours/Week) Pay Rate: $50-$65/Hr (DOE) + Benefits Language: English required; Spanish a plus Note: Pay rate is market-competitive and commensurate with experience.
