Guidewire Program Manager

Define the overall vision, goals, and objectives of programs, develop strategic roadmaps, and ensure that all initiatives align with the organization’s mission and long-term plans. Oversee program design, frameworks, timelines, and milestones to drive effective program execution. Lead and manage teams: Responsible for leading and managing teams, both onshore and offshore, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Drive innovation and technology: The role involves driving innovation and leveraging technology to enhance the Guidewire platform and services. Customer success: Committed to customer success, ensuring that Guidewire's products and services meet the needs of its clients. Continuous improvement: The Program Director is expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of Guidewire's processes and services. Collaboration and teamwork: The role emphasizes collaboration and teamwork, with the Program Director working closely with other team members and stakeholders. Flexibility and adaptability: Must be flexible and adaptable to respond to changing market conditions and client needs. Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies is essential. Program Directors track program progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
