Customer Coordinator and Onboarding Specialist
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Coordinator and Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic 47 year old famly swimming pool business. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them seamlessly through the onboarding process while maintaining exceptional customer relationships. Your proactive approach will ensure clients are supported from initial engagement to full integration, fostering long-term satisfaction and loyalty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your project management, communication, and customer education skills within a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on the Swimming Pool Industry. We have been a swimming pool retail store with field service and repairs since 1979. Skills Needed: · Problem Solving · Multitask · Customer Service · Ability to deescalate confrontation with customers over the phone and in person · Ability to navigate computer systems and software ex: Pool Brain, Quickbooks, RB, Microsoft 365 · Team Player · Sales / customer service experience preferred · Pool industry experience preferred Coordination of new service customers includes: · Educating customers on our business and history · Educating the customer on our monthly service goals. · Determining if a work order is needed and scheduling if needed · Routing customers as efficiently as possible · Ability to navigate Quickbooks Online and Pool Brain · Must learn our retail process and or field service processes Inventory Needs · Learning from our inventory coordinator · Transferring inventory from retail store (RB) to service technician trucks. Items will be transferred from the technician’s sheets into RB to the proper truck designation. · Run invoicing reports to reconcile inventory in RB · Learn how to enter part · Help with retail inventory Scheduling: · Repair, to learn the types of jobs performed and how long they take. Allowing for proper scheduling. · Documentation of the alert file in Pool Brain · Will be responsible for checking communication with Repair phone and Admin phone. · Convert an alert to the necessary communication. Ie a job, route stop, or escalation for a plan. This may take communication with the customer to educate them on what is best for your pool Pay: $41,600.00 - $46,800.00 per year
