### Job summary We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Intake & Client Onboarding Specialist to handle incoming leads, complete client intakes, and manage scheduling. - *Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to new leads via phone, text, and email
- Conduct intake calls and accurately gather client information
- Schedule appointments and send timely confirmations
- Follow up on missed calls, no-shows, and incomplete intakes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Deliver a smooth, professional onboarding experience for all clients
- *Requirements:
- Clear and fluent English communication (US or British standard)
- Strong phone presence with excellent clarity and articulation
- Ability to think independently and communicate without reliance on scripts
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling frequent calls and daily client interactions
