American Independent Disability Evaluations LLC (AIDE), a physician-owned company, is hiring licensed Psychiatrists (MD/DO) and Psychologists (PhD/PsyD) to perform remote mental health evaluations for veterans pursuing VA disability claims. Key Details - Type: 1099 Independent Contractor - Location: 100% Remote (Telehealth) - Schedule: Flexible — you choose your caseload and hours - Compensation: Flat fee per completed evaluation
What You'll Do
Conduct telehealth psychiatric or psychological evaluations and produce independent medical opinions (nexus letters) for conditions including PTSD, depression, anxiety, MST-related disorders, and TBI sequelae. Review military and VA records and author defensible, well-written narrative reports. Required - Board-certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) or licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) - Active, unrestricted licensure in multiple U.S. states (more states = more cases) (PSYPACT or IMLC strongly preferred) - Strong clinical writing skills Preferred - Prior VA C&P, IMO, or nexus letter experience - Familiarity with 38 CFR Part 4 rating criteria - Experience with PTSD, MST, and TBI evaluations To Apply Submit your CV and include a list of states where you are actively licensed Pay: $300.00 per hour Benefits:
