Safety and Quality Senior Program Manager

At Microsoft, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Safety and Quality Senior Program Manager to join our team and have a direct impact on the safety and quality of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing safety and quality initiatives, as well as developing and executing strategies to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate for this role must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety or quality role, preferably in a technology or engineering organizational setting. They must have a strong understanding of safety and/or quality standards and regulations, and a proven track record of developing and driving safety and quality initiatives. Additionally, they must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for ensuring that products meet safety and quality standards and regulations. Lead and manage safety and quality initiatives. Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to ensure safety and quality goals are achieved. Monitor safety and quality performance and recommend improvements. Identify areas of potential risk and take appropriate action to mitigate them. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards and regulations. Train and educate staff on safety and quality standards and regulations. Investigate safety and quality issues, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans. Prepare and present safety and quality reports to management. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure safety and quality are maintained. Microsoft is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
