- *Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Applications Specialist to support laboratory automation solutions within the life sciences domain. This role bridges scientific expertise with automation technologies, working closely with sales teams and customers to design and deliver optimized, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will support system implementation, workflow optimization, and client engagement while staying current with emerging technologies in laboratory automation and life sciences.
- *Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales teams to evaluate customer requirements and support the conversion of opportunities into successful projects.
- Interpret scientific workflows and translate them into effective automation solutions, including system design and technical presentations.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, specifications, and solution demonstrations.
- Partner with Project Management and Deployment teams to ensure accurate system implementation and smooth project handovers.
- Assist in configuring and optimizing laboratory workflows and protocols for automated systems.
- Provide support during system installation, validation, and customer acceptance phases.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and marketing initiatives to promote solutions and engage with potential clients.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and tools in laboratory automation and life sciences.
