Sales Development Program (SDR → Account Executive) | AI Technology
What You Will Do
This is not a role where you ease in. From Day 1, you will be building pipeline, learning the product, and working toward one of the highest-paying sales tracks in AI technology. We operate in a performance-driven environment with clear expectations, strong coaching, and real opportunity for advancement. SDR Phase — Days 1 to 180 You will own your activity and your results. Each day, you will:
- Make 60+ outbound calls
- Send 40+ targeted emails
- Prospect consistently through LinkedIn
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
Top performers in this role consistently generate 2–3 qualified demo appointments per day. You will become a true expert in what you sell — not a script reader. You will understand the product, the market, and the competition, and be able to clearly communicate why customers choose us. You will track all activity in HubSpot. Every call, every email, every conversation. Strong organization and discipline are required to succeed. Your calls will be reviewed regularly and you will be expected to continuously improve. You will submit one recorded call per week with notes on what you would change. The reps who grow fastest are the ones who take full ownership of their development. You will be trained, coached, and held to a high standard — with the expectation that you improve quickly and consistently. AE Phase — Earned, Not Given Top performers are promoted to Account Executive within 90–180 days based on performance, not tenure. As an AE, you will:
- Run live demos and sales meetings
- Manage your own pipeline
- Handle objections and negotiations
- Close new business
You will own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract, with the support, tools, and training to succeed. Compensation
The salary range listed above ($50,000–$120,000) reflects the full earning range across both roles in this program. Here is how it breaks down: SDR Phase: $50,000 base salary + commission. Expected OTE $80,000–$95,000 at full production. AE Phase (upon promotion, based on performance): $75,000 base salary. OTE $150,000–$250,000+, with no cap on commissions. Your income is directly tied to your performance. Promotion is based on results, not tenure.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional home office or approved remote work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including computers, phones, and video conferencing tools. Requires extended periods of computer and phone use.
