Sales Development Representative – Full Cycle
Job Description:
- Respond to inbound leads including website inquiries and demo requests
- Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and workflows
- Present product solutions clearly, including technical concepts
- Qualify prospects and identify strong sales opportunities
- Book and prepare meetings for senior team members
- Maintain an organized and accurate CRM pipeline
- Coordinate hand off of qualified opportunities
- Provide regular updates on pipeline and activity
- Contribute to improving outreach strategies and messaging
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or SDR roles
- Experience handling full-cycle sales beyond appointment setting
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience engaging with US-based clients or decision-makers
- Ability to explain and simplify technical concepts
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Highly organized and proactive work style
- Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
- Reliable internet connection with backup
