We’re a growing Colorado-based company building a membership designed for real life and we’re looking for a coach who wants to help grow it from the ground up. What You’ll Be Selling & Building A structured online coaching membership designed for busy adults who want: ✔ Sustainable weight loss ✔ More energy and better health habits ✔ Accountability and structure ✔ A system that fits real life Inside, they get guided 6-week challenges, real coaching, and ongoing support focused on consistency and long-term results. Your Path to Leadership Phase 1: Community Architect (Sales & Growth)Start by growing the membership. Flexible schedule, but best suited for someone ready to consistently build, connect, and create momentum. This is a commission-first role for someone who knows how to turn conversations into commitment. Phase 2: Challenge Leader As your community grows, you’ll step into leadership—running challenges, driving engagement, and coaching inside the membership. Base pay unlocks here. Phase 3: Corporate Wellness Coach After mastering the system and helping scale the membership, you’ll have the opportunity to lead corporate wellness initiatives and higher-level programs, expanding both your impact and income. • Certified (CPT, CSCS, or similar)
• You care about performance beyond workouts (sleep, stress, nutrition, movement)
• You know how to connect, communicate, and lead
• You’re self-driven and comfortable building something from the ground up
• Bonus: nutrition coaching or credentials are a big plus
