Overview: Eagle Metalcraft is seeking a hands-on, Lean-focused General Manager to lead a precision sheet metal and machining business to join their team! Great opportunity for an experienced and energetic manufacturing professional to take charge of the operations of a small (20 person) sheet metal fabricating, precision machining, and finishing company. This hands-on leader will have the benefit of a well-qualified workforce, the latest in laser, welding and CNC equipment, modern ERP and other software tools, and the opportunity to train and develop her/his team.
