Admissions Conversion Specialist (Inbound Leads – Mental Health)

Modern Therapy Group is a fast-growing, multi-state mental health practice providing high-quality therapy services across New York. We receive a high volume of inbound inquiries and are focused on delivering a fast, seamless intake experience for new clients. Role Overview This is a frontline, conversion-focused role. You will be responsible for turning inbound leads into booked therapy sessions. You are the first point of contact for prospective clients and will guide them from initial inquiry through scheduling. This is not an administrative role. Success is measured by your ability to convert leads into booked and attended sessions.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,613
- Performance Bonus: Up to ~$10,000 annually
Total Compensation Range: $50,613 – $60,953 Most team members in this role land in the mid-to-high end of the range within their first few months based on performance. What You’ll Do
- Respond to new inquiries quickly (minutes, not hours) via phone, text, and email
- Convert inbound leads into scheduled therapy sessions
- Guide prospective clients through the intake process with confidence and clarity
- Handle objections related to cost, insurance, scheduling, and readiness
- Maintain consistent follow-up across multiple touchpoints
- Track and manage leads in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Continuously improve conversion rate, booking volume, and show rate

- Experience in admissions, intake, or high-volume inbound sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide conversations toward a decision
- Comfortable speaking with individuals in emotionally sensitive situations
- Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Performance-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
