Chapel Wellness — Virtual Instructor (Yoga, Mobility, Strength, Breathwork, etc.) Chapel Wellness is building a new model of wellness — one centered around consistent, shared experiences that people can actually show up to. We partner with companies and residential communities to deliver live, virtual wellness sessions that support energy, recovery, and connection. We are currently looking for high-quality virtual instructors across multiple modalities. Role Overview

• Lead live virtual sessions (30–45 minutes) via Zoom
• Modalities may include: yoga, mobility, strength, breathwork, meditation, recovery
• Sessions are designed to be accessible, engaging, and structured for all levels
• You are not just teaching a class — you are helping create a consistent experience people return to each week

Production & Space Requirements (Very Important) Because these sessions are delivered virtually, your environment is part of the experience. We require:

• Clean, minimal, distraction-free space
• White or neutral background (no clutter, no visual noise)
• Good natural or soft lighting (face and body clearly visible)
• High-quality audio (no echo, no background noise)
• Stable camera positioning (eye-level, full-body visible when needed)

This is non-negotiable — the experience must feel calm, professional, and consistent across all instructors. If your home setup does not meet these standards, you are expected to:

• Teach from a local studio, gym, or appropriate space
• Ensure the space is quiet, private, and free from interruptions

Community & Engagement (Important) Chapel is built around more than just the class itself — we create a shared experience people return to each week. Instructors are expected to support light community engagement, including:

• Posting scheduled sessions and updates on our platform (Circle)
• Engaging with participants before and after sessions (welcome notes, follow-ups, light interaction)
• Helping create a sense of consistency and connection beyond the class

This is not heavy admin work — it’s a small but important part of building real engagement and retention. We are not looking for instructors who only teach and leave — we are building a consistent experience, and expect instructors to contribute to that environment. What We’re Looking For

• Strong on-camera presence (this matters as much as teaching ability)
• Clear communication and confident pacing
• Ability to teach to a broad audience (beginner → intermediate)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Alignment with Chapel’s approach: structure, consistency, and connection over one-off experiences

Compensation

• Per session (based on experience and format)
• Ongoing opportunities as we expand across clients
