Develop and teach engaging and relevant curriculum for non-credit courses in the field of business at Rutgers University's Business School. Foster a positive learning environment for students by utilizing effective teaching strategies and methods. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in the field of business to ensure course content is current and relevant. Provide guidance and support to students, offering individualized attention and feedback to help them achieve academic success. Collaborate with other instructors and RBS staff to ensure consistency in curriculum and teaching methods. Utilize various instructional technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience for students. Maintain accurate and organized records of student progress, attendance, and grades. Participate in faculty meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching skills and stay informed on university policies and procedures. Serve as a representative of Rutgers University and the RBS, promoting the school's mission and values to students and the community. Adhere to all university policies and procedures, including those related to academic integrity and student code of conduct. Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and university staff, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns. Uphold a commitment to diversity and inclusion, creating an inclusive and welcoming learning environment for students of all backgrounds. Continually evaluate and assess course content and teaching methods to make improvements and ensure student learning outcomes are being met. Adhere to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of non-credit students. Perform any other duties as assigned by the RBS administration.
