Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls from Medicaid recipients, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving their queries regarding coverage and benefits. This is a long-term temporary position with the possibility of joining long-term contracts and advancing to higher pay rates. Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume inbound calls from Medicaid recipients, responding to their queries and resolving their concerns regarding coverage and benefits.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients receive a positive experience and are satisfied with the support they receive.
  • Learn new computer programs and systems, with comprehensive training provided by arenaflex.
  • Maintain professionalism with difficult clients, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to clients.

Essential Qualifications

* Typing speed of 25 words per minute or more.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Average knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of customer service experience, with a strong, consistent work history.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with open availability from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Willingness to participate in overtime opportunities, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Knowledge of Medicaid policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of the Arkansas Medicaid Service Center.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong commitment to collaboration and communication.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
