Insurance Agent — Remote (U.S. Based)

We operate with clear processes, modern tools, and strong internal support, allowing our agents to perform efficiently and deliver excellent service. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Remote Insurance Agent to join our expanding Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Work with a steady flow of warm leads generated internally
- Conduct professional sales calls and identify client needs
- Prepare and present insurance quotes (commercial auto, trucking, cargo, liability, etc.)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage renewals and ensure high-quality follow-up
- Update records in Salesforce and Applied Epic accurately
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Policy Services, and Underwriting teams
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients across multiple channels

Requirements
- Active P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license — required
- Experience in insurance sales (Commercial or Personal Lines)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Experience with trucking insurance is a plus
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Highly organized, self-driven, and accountable
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
